I am a strategic and adaptive leader who has 15+ years of experience working across health, community services, government and business sectors. I have experience developing and implementing organizational and community strategy that addresses complex social and community issues at the intervention and policy levels. I use an asset-based approach in my work to focus on reinforcing and leveraging strengths. I have experience leading teams and managing projects both within the context of an organization as an employee as well as an external consultant. My practical experience is complemented with a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management combined with coaching and digital marketing certifications.

Aubrey Lauren has been a photographer for 10 years, co-hosts a podcast, and is breaking into the world of social media influencing! Aubrey is passionate about sharing with the world the strategies she’s learning to help others elevate their brands. In her free time, she is always on the go – traveling or at the newest restaurant in her city!
Azia Whitted
She initially began recognizing the power of a pause when it came to parenting and relationships. What started as an idea grew into a daily practice and lifestyle. She is a certified yoga instructor and created Power to Pause to provide resources for those starting their journey to mindfulness. She is drawn to helping women, especially working mothers learn the art of creating calm even in the midst of chaos.
Now a certified yoga instructor, I have harnessed the power of my pause. I have shared this knowledge in Bold Journey Magazine, Voyager Dallas, on podcasts, and conference stages for product-based business owners. I have also shared my story as a TEDx speaker in 2020 and now leveraging my leadership as the organizer of the local Frisco, Texas chapter.

Prior to launching her coaching practice, Becky served clients for 15 years as a copywriter, designer and marketing consultant for major brands such as Better Homes and Gardens and Caterpillar, Inc. as well as dozens of small creative businesses. Kelly Johnston
Kelly Johnston has a wealth of experience in both public accounting and private industry accounting. Her background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, with experience in the healthcare industry, including critical access hospitals and physician offices, as well as audit and tax preparation.
Thanks to her education and experience, Kelly can add value to new start-up organizations, businesses, and healthcare entities by creating a strong financial reporting setup and assisting in new financial reports.
Personally, Kelly loves to spend time with her husband outdoors and riding her horses.

In her program, “Be Your Own Agency,” Kia teaches people how to take control of their lives and make their own plans. She covers topics such as personal branding, social media marketing, and goal setting. Kia also helps people identify areas in their lives where they may not have control and teaches them how to make changes.

She is a proud mom to her two boys and married to the love of her life, Gary, with whom she travels the world.

Kylee Jean Marshall is a Colorado writer and recovering perfectionist. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English and education and has spoken at the nation’s capital and at many workshops and forums. She is the author of a memoir titled Of Dirt and Wildflowers. Kylee speaks to the beauty of resilience and empowers her audiences to write their own stories with a lens of gratitude and purpose.

Meredith Ryncarz is a former college art professor turned destination wedding photographer with Meredith Ryncarz Photography. Recently named one of the Top Photographers in the South by South Magazine, her work can be seen in Forbes, The New York Times, and Southern Living. As a military spouse, Meredith has crafted a business that is not situated in one regional market but rather is mobile to suit the lifestyle of her family, allowing her to restart her business multiple times over the past decade. She has pioneered a system for relocation and geographical growth through her company The Restart Specialist.
Synae Leniece
Synae Leniece is an award-winning Writer, Creative Entrepreneur, and Life and Confidence Coach, but her most important title is Mother. Synae is finding her stride as a Life and Confidence Coach for Women of diverse backgrounds.
Connecting through social media, in-person coaching, the podcast she co-hosts and her writing, has allowed her to steadily elevate her brand by elevating others.
Terry Chase
Dr. Chase holds three graduate degrees: Doctorate of Nursing (ND), Exercise Science (MA), and Spiritual Psychology (MA) with additional certifications in communication, teaching, and equine-assisted learning.
Terry brings valuable life experience of living with a spinal cord injury for over thirty years to motivational keynotes, experiential workshops, and individual coaching relationships.
Terry serves as a Board Member of the Rocky Mountain Health Foundation and the Temple Grandin Equine Center.
Dr. Chase is a self-motivated, highly educated individual who has lived fully with spinal cord injury for 30 years active in all things outdoors, including kayaking, cross-country skiing, hand-cycling, and whenever possible, riding horses. Terry and her partner, Sharon reside in Western Colorado.
